Summer camp with Snoopy at HILTON NAGOYA!

Until August 23rd, Hilton Nagoya will be hosting an afternoon tea and sweets buffet called "Snoopy's Summer Camp," themed around "Snoopy and his friends spending summer camp in the forest." The price is 4,900 yen on weekdays and 5,500 yen on weekends and holidays.
I made the reservation without knowing anything about the hotel, so I met Snoopy at the front desk, and there were quite a few people at the cafe on the first floor, so it felt like there was some kind of event going on when I checked in.

1. Access from the station
- There are no escalators at the exits of Fushimi Station, so you must use Exit 10 to avoid stairs.

- If you are okay with using the stairs, please note that the nearest Exit 7 will be closed due to elevator installation work, so you will need to use Exit 6 (Exit 8 will be used during the two-year closure period starting from August 22, 2023).

2. Hilton Nagoya
- The front desk is to the right as you enter the store, but there's no lobby-like space, so if the counter isn't available, you might be confused as to where to wait... Soon, an attendant will call out to you and tell you to wait here, and a line will form.
- After checking in, I headed to my room. This time, I was upgraded to the Deluxe Floor on the 19th floor as a Hilton Gold member.

- The room entrance. This reservation is for a double room for two people, 1 night with no meals included, 28,000 yen. As an HPCJ member, you will receive a free breakfast.

- Floor map, the bottom is the west side (Nagoya Station).

- The room is spacious at 30m2.

- At the Hilton Hiroshima, the dimming function by pressing and holding the button next to the pillow was confusing, but at the Hilton Hiroshima, it was simple and easy to use with just one button for one light, and there was also an outlet for charging your cell phone.

- There is plenty of space around the table and TV.

- It might be a good idea to take your hanger space and gown to the pool...

- It was used as a suitcase storage area.

- It appears that underneath was a yukata and a sewing kit (according to another person's blog later). When I called to inquire about needles and thread to have the hem altered, I was simply told "we don't have any," which was disappointing.

- Too bad I don't have time to drink coffee.

- This Swiss-made refrigerator uses an absorption system (ammonia refrigerant) and is quiet, so you can sleep well at night.

- bathroom

- bathtub

- For some reason, whenever I have a rain shower, I always end up using it a little.

- There are no trays for shampoo, so it feels very clean.

- Amenities, I brought my own this time so I didn't use them

- dryer

- From the window, I could see the tennis court on the 7th floor directly below.

- Panoramic view

- Towels at the 7th floor fitness center

- Fitness center rest area (for men)

- The spacious gym was occupied by about two people.

- The 15-meter pool is divided into two lanes, one of which is for full swimming, and there is a jacuzzi next to it.

- Breakfast & Snoopy

- The Ogura bean paste waffle was delicious...

- We had it in a quiet corner in the back.

- The first round of breakfast, although not pictured, had delicious fresh orange and grapefruit juice.

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Although there was a room upgrade and free breakfast, the value for money felt lacking compared to Hilton Hiroshima and JAL City Nagoya, and the front desk was unable to assist with inquiries about a sewing kit.
😄 Upgraded high floor view
😄 I was hesitant to park in a nearby coin parking lot, which costs 3,000 yen per night, but I was happy to find that I could enter and exit the lot freely until 4:00 p.m. the next day, and although the single space was narrow, it was empty and spacious enough to use.
The pool is short at 15m, and the sauna is small, with a maximum capacity of four people. (The gym is spacious.)
😩 I called the front desk to ask if they had needles and thread to have the hem altered, and they simply said they didn't, but later I found out that there was a sewing kit in my room.
