KOKO HOTEL Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho, opening in July 2020, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath

KOKO HOTEL Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho opened in July 2020. Polaris Holdings, the company that operates 15 KOKO HOTELs, as well as Best Western hotels, operates the former Hotel Trusty, which opened in 2019. While reviews praised the hotel for its cleanliness, proximity to the station, and spacious bathrooms, some negative points included inadequate cleaning and inadequate front desk service.

2. KOKO Hotel Premier Nihonbashi Hamacho
- The front desk was directly in front of the entrance, and although I had paid in advance, I was stunned when I was asked to pay a bathing tax of 100 yen.

- The amenity buffet behind the front desk included toothbrushes, shower caps, hairbrushes, hair bands, body towels, razors, soap, mouthwash, cotton balls, bath salts, disinfectant wipes, as well as lotion, makeup remover, and facial cleanser.

- The restaurant on the first floor is currently closed, so it was being used as a large lobby, but I wonder if the lobby will disappear once the closure is over...

- 2nd floor laundry, 3 fully automatic machines

- The corridors and guest rooms are on the 3rd to 13th floors, and this room is a moderate double room on the 3rd floor, 16.9m2, 150cm wide, Simmons Bed. This time, I used 20% of my points immediately, and after the travel support discount, the price was 8,384 yen + 100 yen.

- On the 3rd floor floor map, rooms 301, 302, 304, and 305 are almost completely adjacent to the neighboring building and have no view.

- The view from the window... Room assignments are decided at the discretion of the front desk staff at check-in???

- Picked up amenities

- Tiger kettle

- Green tea, black tea, coffee (instant)

- Mitsubishi Electric (RK-201-K), 20L. Sorry it's dark and I can't see inside. It appears to be a quiet Peltier type.

- Loungewear

- Is it possible to fit two people in the closet set? It has doors, which give it a slightly luxurious feel, but they don't close properly, and the stacking storage is difficult to use.

- Slippers, disposable type

- Is the bathroom and bathtub large?

- Shampoos from Kao's Fiesta series. The citrus green scent is said to be relaxing.

- The shower is on the right, separated by a door. The bathtub is large, so you can add bath salts as an amenity and enjoy a relaxing time.

- toilet

- There is an outlet and USB port at the bedside.

- The TV is about 40 inches...
