HILTON NAGAWAKI opened in 2021. Redevelopment of the area in front of the station will be completed in the fall of 2024, making it even more convenient.

A Hilton hotel opened in Nagasaki in November 2021.
It is conveniently located directly connected to Dejima Messe Nagasaki from the west exit of Nagasaki Station . A Marriott Hotel is scheduled to open on the east side of the station in 2024, and the station plaza is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2024, but currently, you have to take a detour via a temporary walkway to get to the express bus and tram stops, which is inconvenient and confusing.
1. Access from the airport
- We recommend taking the limousine bus from Nagasaki Airport to Nagasaki city. To get to the Hilton Hotel, it's convenient to get off at "Nagasaki Station."
- Fare: 1,200 yen one way (transportation IC cards accepted, cash accepted, but no exchange)
- Duration: 43 minutes
- Platform: Nagasaki Airport ⑤ Platform
- Drop-off points: Shinchi Chinatown, Chuobashi, Edomachi, Ohato, Gotomachi, Nagasaki Station, Takaramachi, Zenizamachi, Cocowalk Morimachi
- period:
- Other: The journey time to Nagasaki city from Platform ④ is 55 minutes.

2. Hilton Nagasaki
- If you go through Nagasaki Station and exit through the west exit, you will see the Hilton ahead to the right. You can also go up to the deck connected to Dejima Messe in front of the west exit and enter through the second floor entrance, but you will need stairs and an elevator to get to the deck, so I never used the second floor entrance.

- 1st floor entrance. If you arrive in the morning, you can leave your luggage at the desk to the left of the entrance and have it delivered to your room.

- The lobby space on the first floor. On the left side of the photo, there is an escalator and stairs to the front desk on the second floor.

- Gorgeous wooden staircase

- It's Halloween season, and there seems to be a special menu at the buffet.

- I went up to the second floor.

- The front desk is on the right, and in the back you can see the door leading to the west exit of Nagasaki Station.

- 2F Lounge & Bar, Seven Seas

- Elevator access: 10th to 11th floors are executive floors with attached lounges.

- aisle

- On the floor map, Nagasaki Station is on the right and the port is at Shimokawa. This time, I received an upgrade as a Diamond Member, so I upgraded to a larger room, from a Deluxe (King) room of 31m2 to a Premium (King) room of 38m2. I selected a corner room on the 9th floor on the app the day before and checked in.

- The room is on the southwest corner

- There is also a luggage stand and drawers next to the entrance.

- Claw set next to the luggage stand

- Open the door next to the closet to find the safe.

- Looking out the window, I was surprised to see so many people walking across Asahi Ohashi Bridge.

- The view is great, so it would be nice to order some seafood and drink in the room. But there were no wine glasses. I checked the blog later and it seems it wasn't an executive room.

- kettle

- There was no fridge or freezer...

- Air purifier and power outlets are self-service

- From the sofa space and window, you can see the beautiful illuminated observation deck at the top of Mt. Inasa.

- bed

- Loungewear

- Separate waffle fabric. Comfortable to wear, but the size is about M. It might be too small for larger people.

- bedside

- Bedside light switch

- toilet

- There are sliding doors on both sides around the sink that can be closed.

- When the bathroom space is closed, it looks like this

- washbasin

- From the bathroom window, the rooftop of Dejima Messe spreads out below, looking a bit bleak.

- Amenities

- dryer

- It's a shame that there were no bath additives or bath salts in the bathroom...

- large shower head

- Shampoos

- breakfast

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
This was the first time I checked in via the app the day before, and I was lucky enough to be able to select a corner room. I also tried using the app's Digital Key, but I had trouble unlocking the elevator, probably because I wasn't used to it. Also, the late check-out was extended until 1:00 PM, but it seems the app didn't offer this extension. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try out the gym (24 hours) or hot spring/sauna facilities (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) this time, so I would definitely like to return.
😄 Harbor view from the window
😄 Close to the station & convenient location for sightseeing and jogging
😄 I checked in the day before and selected my room via the app (I also checked in at the front desk on the day and received my card key, but I'll check next time if I can go directly to my room without a card key ).
😩 It would be nice if the hot spring facilities/sauna were available until around midnight.

Use the Bluetooth function with the dedicated app to use it as an elevator or room key
