Vessel Inn Takadanobaba Ekimae: All rooms have microwaves and self-service lockers

Vessel Inn opened in Takadanobaba in March 2023. It normally costs 10,000 yen per person or more, but after a 16,360 yen discount, I found a sale that was almost half price at 8,230 yen, so I made an immediate reservation.

Takadanobaba is accessible via the JR Yamanote Line, Tozai Line, and Seibu Shinjuku Line, and has easy access to the Chihiro Art Museum in Kamiigusa. You might also want to visit the "Botsugo 50th Anniversary..." special exhibition, which opens on March 1st.

• From JR/Seibu Takadanobaba Station ,
• Exit the Waseda Exit ticket gate and turn right
• Follow the signs for K Arena and you will arrive at Hilton Yokohama in about 10 minutes.
• If coming from Takadanobaba Station on the Tozai Line ,
• Take the stairs to Exit 4 and you'll be there straight away. Or use the elevator.

• The hotel entrance is on the second floor and can be reached by stairs or elevator.

• There are self-service lockers on the right side of the lobby. I didn't use them, but they seem convenient for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The location is excellent, close to the station, but it feels like a student town, so you may need to be prepared for some noise at night.

😄 Close to the station, Tozai Line Exit 4 is only accessible by stairs, but we recommend using the elevator near Exit 3. 😄 All rooms have microwaves, so even if you don't use them, you can rest assured in case of an emergency.
😩 The system of taking off your shoes at the entrance to the room is inconvenient, although it would be easier if there was a chair. 😩 The furniture looks very cheap, which is not inconvenient, but it does bring down the mood.
