TOYOKO INN KAYABACHO now has a rain shower

Toyoko Inn is a highly rated business hotel. Since we were planning to stay at a new hotel, we decided to stay at the Toyoko Inn Kayabacho Station, which opened in September 2023.
Since it is not available on Ikyu, I booked a non-smoking single room through the official website for 8,300 yen and stayed there.
The membership fee is 1,500 yen and you can stay at a member's price that is 5% cheaper than the general price, so if you are staying for four nights or more, we recommend joining and making a reservation.
⬜️Access from the station
⬜️Toyoko Inn Kayabacho Station
1. Access from the station
- If you are coming from Kayabacho Station ,
- Exit 7 is the closest, but it only has stairs, so if you have luggage, we recommend using the elevator at Exit 4a.
- To get to Exit 4a,
- When using the Tozai Line, take the escalator/elevator from car 1 towards Nishi-Funabashi to the ticket gate.
- When using the Hibiya Line, from platform 1 for Nakameguro, go to the ticket gate near car 1. From platform 2 for Kita-Senju, take the elevator near car 1 down to the Tozai Line platform, then go to the Hibiya Line platform for Nakameguro and go to the ticket gate.

2. Toyoko Inn Kayabacho Station
- Since I'm not a member, the front desk staff helped me with the check-in process.
From the website
- Elevator. This room is on the 6th floor. Microwave, ice, and laundry are all in the service corner on the 1st floor.

- The corridor, calming colors

- Floor Map

- Room entrance

- A normal single room is 150cm wide. The bed is 110cm wide in the wide space single room. The bed increases the living space

- Desk with slippers and a small air purifier next to it

- I didn't use an air purifier so I don't know how quiet it is.

- The magnifying mirror on the desk and the hair dryer on the wall were very useful.

- TV and free breakfast selection screen at the top

- hanger

- Luggage rack is a necessity

- refrigerator

- The water heater and water server are on the first floor, which is a bit inconvenient.

- bedside

- Next to the outlet was a USB

- Even in the latest facilities, loungewear is still a one-piece dress, what a shame

- bathroom

- washbasin

- Is it just me, or does the toilet seem a little old-fashioned?

- Shower & shampoo

- When I first saw it, I thought.....?? It's not a rain shower.

- Clothes drying ropes are not often seen, but they are very useful in emergencies.

- 1st floor laundry room

- Coffee machine available from 6:00am to 10:00am

- Microwave, water server, ice maker

- Is this a space reserved for breakfast? I didn't see anyone using it at night.

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Since we were leaving early in the morning, we didn't have breakfast this time either, and it would have been nice to have at least coffee, but there was no drip coffee in the room, so we left early. As this is a newly opened hotel by the highly rated Toyoko Inn, I had high expectations, but my satisfaction level was not as high as I expected.
😄 The hair dryer installed in front of the desk is easy to use and convenient 😄 The clothesline is handy in emergencies 😩 Is it some kind of fake rain shower?
