The compact storage space was actually difficult to use at Hotel SUI Kanda by ABEST

Hotel SUI Kanda by ABEST, which opened in April 2020, was named "SUI" to reflect the sophisticated, fashionable, and stylish customer service it offers, and its concept is refined design and stylish hospitality.
I was surprised to be greeted at the entrance when I checked out. Reviews say that the staff are also welcoming guests to the elevator.

- At the hotel entrance, you can select the amenities you need when checking in, then pick them up and head to your room.

- I was told about Yonaki Udon when I checked in. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it because I had just had dinner.

- Welcome drinks are available 24 hours a day, alcohol is available from 5pm to 7pm, and neither of these was mentioned on the reservation site, so if I had known, I would have had a drink after checking in first...

- The hallway and the 2nd to 13th floors seem to be the guest rooms.

- The floor map shows the lower side facing the street, with buildings on either side. The building on the left was about seven stories tall.

- The room entrance is a 12m² single room with a Mirabelle shower. This time, I booked it for 9,405 yen after using points from Ikyu. There was also a deluxe double room for about 2,000 yen more, but the size was almost the same at 12.5m². There are also two types of twin rooms: 15m² and 24m².

- Inside the room. I was hiding under the bed, but there was an air purifier near my feet.

- bed

- hanger

- Ultra-small space design that allows you to pull the hook part

- The shoe horn and luggage rack are stored at the bottom of the wall.

- It was quite hard to pull out the cargo bed (sweat)

- The slippers are reusable (personally, I'm reluctant to wear them after a bath).

- Table assembly diagram

- It was a bit of a struggle (lol).

- A refrigerator and chair are stored under the bed.

- The refrigerator and table get in the way, so there are limits to space-saving design...

- chair

- Under the bed, part 2

- Cups and kettle

- Hair dryer, etc.

- dryer

- On the bottom shelf, there are loungewear.

- It's a one-piece dress, but the waffle fabric is comfortable.

- Bedside outlet and USB

- Light switch and tissue box

- To the bathroom

- toilet

- washbasin

- Towels and a mysterious pants hanger. Since the room is limited to two people, I think these are for when two hangers aren't enough.

- Mirable Shower (Some people commented that it was the cheapest model and they didn't expect much from it)

- Shampoo & Conditioner

- It was from Unilever.

- bathtub

- The view from the window, the building is set back from the road, so even though it's on the third floor, it doesn't feel oppressive.

- Looking up, there may be a sense of freedom on the higher floors...

- When I checked in around 8pm, there were several people using the computers in the lounge on the first floor.

- Drink corner

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️
I was surprised to be seen off to the entrance after checking out at around 5am. Since I checked in after eating a hearty curry, I was disappointed that I couldn't use the drink bar or midnight udon. Although the location is convenient, the emphasis on space-saving design may be inconvenient.
😄 Alcoholic drink bar & Night noodle 😄 Seeing off after check-out outside the entrance 😩 When I entered the room, I wanted to put my luggage down, but the luggage rack was not easy to take out.
😩 Even if you want to put small items on the table, it's difficult to assemble the table.
😩 Even for one person, 12m2 was still too small.
