Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Yokohama , newly opened on June 20, 2024
The location allows easy access from Yokohama Station without an umbrella , and the popular city bakery , Suju, is also located here.
I immediately booked a standard double room (19.7 square meters) for one person for 10,941 yen (after Ikyu Diamond discount) and stayed there.

1. Access from the station
- From JR Yokohama Station, exit the central ticket gate and proceed to the west exit (towards Takashimaya)
- Enter the NEWoman building on the right side of the west exit and go up to the second floor
- On the left side of the deck
- Take the escalator up to the 4th floor

2. Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Yokohama
In the back, there is a sushi restaurant. Check-in is done at the check-in machine at the back (not pictured) on the left.
There is a fitness room on the 4th floor. Laundry rooms are on the 7th, 9th, and 11th floors. Guest rooms are on the 6th to 12th floors.
On the floor map, the bottom is the side facing the train tracks. This room is on the 7th floor, so it's on a lower floor.
Although the room was on a lower floor, it was higher than the top floor of the JR Hotel, so there was a good view, and it seemed to be well soundproofed so that you couldn't even hear the sound of the train tracks.

3. Breakfast

The standard double room I stayed in this time all has a shower booth.
The other types have separate bathrooms, sinks, and toilets , but for an additional 1,000 yen you can upgrade to the superior type, which has separate bathrooms, sinks, and toilets, so perhaps the superior type is more recommended?
