Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo Bay Ariake®️: Access is dark and requires caution
In September 2019 Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo Bay Ariake was rebranded from the former Hotel Sunroute Ariake (the former Hotel Sunroute Ariake opened in June 2009).
This time, I chose to stay at a JAL Dynamic Package accommodation.

- From Kokusai Tenjijo Station on the Rinkai Line,
- Exit the ticket gate and turn right
- Heading towards "GRAND FRESA" behind Panasonic
- Cross the road behind the Panasonic Building to reach the hotel

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
It's easy to get to from the station and there's a convenience store nearby, but the roads are so dark at night that it's hard to see where you're going. I followed someone and was able to find the hotel.
😄 Easy access from the station and close to a convenience store
😄 Separate loungewear😄 The surroundings are open, so you can enjoy the view even on the lower floors
😢 The noise from the refrigerator was a bit annoying. 😢 There was no luggage stand, which was inconvenient.
