All guests at Shinagawa Prince Hotel N Tower have a business lounge

Shinagawa Prince Hotel N Tower was opened in 2013 after a complete renovation of the former North Tower.

As a business-focused hotel, the rooms are equipped with large writing desks and a business lounge on the top floor (17th floor).

Semi-double room (16.5 square meters) 17,758 yen, early bird discount 11,563 yen

I found a very good deal on Ikyu so I decided to stay there (December 2024).

• Exit the Takanawa Exit (West Exit) of JR Shinagawa Station and cross the traffic light in front of you.
• Proceed through Wing Takanawa, which is currently under construction, and you will reach the hotel entrance just beyond Mercedes Me.

If the front desk is busy, use the automatic check-in machine in front of the front desk.

The rooms are on the 4th to 16th floors, and since the price was quite reasonable, I stayed in a room on the lower floor, the 6th floor.

There were trouser presses and irons next to the elevators on each floor (probably).

Below, there is a safety deposit box and slippers.

The TV and window were small. There was no large writing desk.

The only amenities available in the bathroom are toothbrushes. If you need a hairbrush or other items, you can purchase them from the vending machine next to the front desk on the first floor.

Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It was good that I got a good deal with the early bird discount, but it was on a low floor and there was almost no view.

Other than the lounge, it was the same as a regular business hotel, which is disappointing and why I gave it a low rating.

😄 Conveniently located near the station and convenience store (Seven-Eleven) 😄 The refrigerator can be turned off if not needed.

😢 Express check-out is a hassle (you need to write your room number, date, and signature on a form)
The only amenities provided are toothbrush sets.

The business lounge is

😄 Take-out drinks available 😄 Available before check-in and until 5 PM on the day of check-out 😄 It was empty and quiet (coincidence?)

😢 No food allowed inside. 😢 Please fill in your room number and check-out date on the guestbook, sign it, and present it when re-entering. 😢 Even though it's on the top floor, the curtains are closed, so there's no night view.
😢 Power outlets are only available at business class seats
