Review Hotel JAL City Kannai Yokohama

 

The 'One Harmony' membership program allows you to become a Royal member with 10 or more stays per year.

Participating hotels include Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International, and Hotel JAL City. Even if you don't book directly, your stays count towards membership, making it easier to achieve elite status, and there are many benefits.

However, be aware that many hotels, such as JAL City Haneda and Kawasaki Nikko Hotel, are not JAL Card partner stores, so if JAL miles are also a goal, caution is advised.

This time, I booked a 17㎡ single room through Ikyu for about ¥7,000/night and stayed there. 

 

• From Minatomirai Line Nihon-ōdōri Station:

The room I was initially assigned was actually a different one. It was surprisingly old when I entered, so I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a room upgrade using my Royal member benefits. They exchanged it for me without needing to use my benefits (I was prepared to move to another hotel if they couldn't exchange it).

However, thinking that I might be assigned to the initial room again if I book at the lowest price, I hesitate to revisit.
