Daiwa Roynet Hotel Omiya Nishiguchi opened in March 2024 .

It's about 30 minutes from Ikebukuro and Ueno, so you can get a good night's sleep on a lower budget than staying in Tokyo, so I'm looking for a place to stay as far as Omiya Station...

This time, I found a standard double room (non-smoking) with an early bird discount and no meals included, 22.3 square meters, and I used my Ikyu Diamond points immediately to stay there for just ¥10,830.

• From JR Omiya Station, exit the west exit on the second floor and turn left
• It is convenient to go through the pedestrian deck and take the escalator inside Sogo down to the 1st floor.
• Except for passing through nearby buildings such as Sogo, use the elevator on the deck to go to the first floor.

The east side is opposite the station, and even on the 16th floor you can see far into the distance. However, there is a cemetery in the lower right corner.

It's about 30 minutes to Ueno and Ikebukuro, and if you can put up with the travel time, you can relax in a comfortable room with good value for money, so this is a place I would consider again next time.

The hotel website also advertises that all rooms are over 22 square meters and on the 14th floor or higher. The bathroom with washing area is a little small and is a "semi-separate bathroom" separated by a glass door. It's a shame that there are no chairs or buckets.
